RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns start from £2.99 through our portal, and you can choose an exchange, a refund, or store credit.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

  1. Scan the QR code on the card in your order, or head to our RETURNS PORTAL
  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Select the items you'd like to return, and why
  4. Choose an exchange, refund, or store credit
  5. Pick your courier and book your return label in the portal — prices start from £2.99

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of your return arriving with us.

WHAT WE CAN ACCEPT

To be refunded, items need to come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and folded in the original packaging. A couple of things worth knowing before you try anything on:

  • Marks and stains can't be refunded, so take care when trying items on
  • Tear the outer packaging open rather than cutting it — scissor or knife marks mean we can't resell the item

Anything that arrives outside these conditions will be sent back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please check your order on arrival. If something's wrong, email customerservices@raith-clo.com with photos before removing any tags and we'll sort it out.
