If you are within the EU, then your order will be shipped on a DDP basis (Delivery Duties Paid). The final price shown at checkout will reflect your countries rates and any duty applicable. Duty is applied on orders over €150. You should not be liable for any other duties or taxes upon delivery. Your order will be delivered to your requested address with no additional payments required.

Orders placed by 11:30pm Monday–Friday, 5pm Saturday or 2pm Sunday (UK time) are dispatched the same day.

DPD
Order by 8pm (UK time) Monday–Friday for next-day delivery. For Saturday delivery, order by 8pm on Friday.

Orders placed after the cutoff are dispatched the next day. We don't dispatch on UK bank holidays.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers, or sent by SMS if you add a phone number to your order.

If your parcel has been opened/damaged and any items are missing, but you have signed for it we cannot refund you or replace any items.
